What are Mushrooms on Demand?
Mushrooms on Demand is the name of the program we've designed for shipping fresh mushrooms and grain spawn across the United States.
Whether you're a restaurant looking for fresh mushrooms to add to the menu or another mushroom farmer trying to grow your business, our program is designed to make it easy for you to access fresh, organic, specialty mushrooms.
How does it work?
Below is a video walkthrough on how to order mushrooms on demand.
Step 1 - Navigate to the "Mushrooms" section of our website.
Step 2 - Select your Mushrooms
All of the mushrooms that are available to purchase each day will have a live inventory number above them. This number is updated daily, so make sure to check back the next day if you don't see what you need!
Step 3 - Bulk Discounts
Bulk discounts occur automatically at 10lbs and 100lbs! This is a total mushroom weight discount, so you can mix and match species. Just add more mushrooms to your cart to get the discounted pricing.
Note that this is not a total cart weight calculation. IE adding grain spawn will not discount mushrooms and vice versa. However, combining products WILL calculate towards the airline minimum weights mentioned in the next steps.
Step 4 - Select Your Pickup Airport
If you do not see any airports appear this unfortunately means there are no Southwest Cargo locations with a cooler available where you live however, you can contact us at sales@rrcultivation.com to see if we can find a solution outside our normal proceedures.
Airline Minimum Weight = 100lbs
The airline minimum is 100lbs however, we can ship any amount of mushrooms. Any shipments under 100lbs will be surcharged to $120 to hit the airline minimum shipping fee. Any orders over 100lbs will be charged shipping based on weight.
Step 5 - Complete Your Purchase
Once you've selected your airport simply input your payment information and click "Pay Now" to complete your purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email as well as a tracking email once the shipment has been dropped off at MSP for transit to you.

What Airports do we Ship to?
We ship to a wide array of airports across the US. Our prefferred carrier is Southwest Cargo however, if you do not see the airport you need contact us at sales@rrcultivation.com and we will work outside the standard system to try and find a flight option that works. Delta Cargo is available upon request.

How to Track and Receive Your Order:
Picking up your mushrooms is easy, all you need is to bring your Air Waybill number to the Southwest Cargo facility you selected! Our system will send this document to you as soon as the mushrooms have been dropped off and it becomes available.
The Air Waybill number can be used to track your shipment through the email we send but if you ever need to get to the page you can also track shipments at the link below:

What if My Mushrooms are Damaged During Shipping?
If you receive damaged mushrooms, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We guarantee the quality of our mushrooms, and will replace or refund your order as long as both parties are operating within the guidelines provided above and shipping via carriers and flights R&R Cultivation has approved.
We cannot replace or refund mushrooms after 24 hours of delivery.
