Fresh Minnesota Mushrooms

Welcome to R&R Cultivation's Fresh Minnesota Mushrooms collection! As a local grower in the Twin Cities, we specialize in cultivating a variety of organic, gourmet mushrooms. Our current selection includes Maitake, Black Pearl, Golden Oyster, Lion's Mane, and many more. Each mushroom is grown with care in our urban farm located in New Hope, Minnesota, ensuring the freshest quality for our customers. We offer local delivery and you can also find our mushrooms at various co-ops, grocery stores, and farmers markets around the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area. For restaurants and businesses interested in wholesale pricing, we provide fresh mushrooms to chefs, food trucks, and more.

We Deliver Nationwide!

We offer delivery of 5lb cases of fresh mushrooms to over 50 airports across the nation through a program we call Mushrooms on Demand! Simply select the "Air Cargo" shipping option with the airport where you'd like to receive them at checkout. You will need to input your address for this option to appear. 

Please note that Air Cargo orders are subject to a 3 day lead time. All air cargo flights have a 24 hour transit time guarantee and we pack and ship all shipments the day after receiving the order. This means if you order on Monday, it will be packed and ship out on Tuesday, for a pickup at your local airport on Wednesday. Tracking information will be provided with every shipment once dropped at the airport.


Note: We guarantee the quality of our mushrooms upon arrival. Given the nature of aircargo shipping, sometimes boxes and mushrooms become damaged in transit. If this happens please contact us with photos within 24 hours so we can file a claim with the airline. Any claims issued to us after 24 hours of recieving mushrooms will not be refunded or credited.

Shipping

How Do I Track and Receive My Order?

Picking up your mushrooms is easy, all you need is to bring your Air Waybill number to the Southwest Cargo facility you selected! Our system will send this document to you as soon as the mushrooms have been dropped off and it becomes available. 

The Air Waybill number can be used to track your shipment through the email we send but if you ever need to get to the page you can also track shipments at the link below:

How Long Will it Take to Receive My Order?

Air Cargo shipping normally takes 3 days in total. Order is processed on day 1. Packed and dropped off at the airport on day 2, and received on day 3.

Returns and Refunds

What if My Mushrooms are Damaged During Shipping?

If you receive damaged mushrooms, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We guarantee the quality of our mushrooms, and will replace or refund your order as long as both parties are operating within the guidelines provided above and shipping via carriers and flights R&R Cultivation has approved. 

We cannot replace or refund mushrooms after 24 hours of delivery. 

How Do I Return a Product?

Due to the nature of fresh mushrooms and the shipping method used to send them we cannot accept returns however, we will refund/credit any mushrooms that do not meet our quality standards so long as they are shipped through the approved method.

How Long Will it Take to Receive My Refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
